My  goal is to help you re-imagine your life by learning how to effectively communicate in your professional and personal life. Communication is extremely important in every area of life, yet we often don’t give it a thought before opening our mouths or sending an email. Knotted Lives Communication Coaching was born out of a need to teach others how to effectively communicate, both professionally and personally, so that the “knots” would “unravel” over time. My individualized approach will help you attain your communication goals in the areas you need most.

Over the years, I realized that I, many friends, colleagues and family members, had a lot of “knots” in our lives that needed to get unraveled. Not knowing how or where to begin, I created effective solutions that eventually solved mine and others’ communication style that “unraveled” the “knots”. 

I have almost two decades of working in various professional fields: in corporate America, law firms, the US Senate on Capitol Hill, non-profit organizations in the US and international law firms in Europe. I am Panamanian born and raised in the US and I’m fully bilingual, English and Spanish and work in both languages.
